Nu Tran
Nu Tran graduated from a journalism degree in 2014 and is now on a mission to find the best Korean fried chicken Melbourne has to offer. When she’s not travelling overseas, she’s tweeting people how to reduce their constipation as Monash University’s Department of Gastroenterology social media manager and writing about food and feminism as a freelance journalist.
Kirsten Kwon
Kirsten Kwon studied Fine Art in Korea and gained experience as a camera operator on Korean movies and dramas. She has studied graphic design at RMIT University since 2015 whilst working part time as an art teacher. Travelling extensively, she believes that one can learn a great deal about a culture from its food and is passionate about sharing all aspects of Korean cuisine with the residents of her new hometown, Melbourne.
